under construction Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga:
Nothing is better for improving your balance than yoga on a stand up paddle board. Yoga develops balance even on the ground, just think of what it can do while floating. Obviously, SUP yoga will be more difficult, so the classes start more basic than a standard Yoga class. Once you get the balance dialed in, you’ll be doing all sorts of Yoga poses you never thought were possible on a stand up paddle board.
